Adrian Hart and Jesse Stone, two heterosexual athletes from the track team, receive instructions from their trainer to practice yoga as part of their fitness routine for the upcoming season. Initially skeptical, they reluctantly comply with the coach's orders, feeling self-conscious in their form-fitting yoga attire. However, as they follow along with a workout video featuring attractive women, they find themselves becoming aroused, unable to conceal their growing excitement in their snug outfits. Realizing they cannot focus on exercising with their newfound distraction, Adrian and Jesse invent excuses to engage in self-pleasure next to each other. Yet, their individual release is not enough, leading them to engage in a steamy and all-encompassing physical session together.
